• What Payment methods are Supported?

We support all Credit/ Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking Cash Cards, Wallets and many more options. These payments are processed by our highly secured payment partner Razorpay.

• When can I expect my order to arrive?

Orders are delivered in Maximum of 10 working days.
Most orders are delivered in 6 Working days.

• Why Hasn't my order arrived yet?

if it took more than the estimated timeline(Maximum of 7 working days), please contact us and inform us with your order number by clicking on Contact us

• What are the shipping options in India?

For orders Shipping within India, we ship through reputed Courier partners like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, Gati, Ekart Logistics, Professional Couriers and India Speed Post in some cases. Packages are normally delivered within 1-10 working days depending on the shipping address. It might take additional working days to deliver to certain remote locations. 

• What is the shipping Cost?

Standard Shipping is Rs 49/-   Approx Delivery time is 4-8 Days.

• Do You Provide COD service?

No, Due to some reasons, we don't yet provide COD Service. Besides taking forward the cashless India Initiative, we urge you to make payment online which will also save your extra unnecessary COD charges.

• Do you ship on holidays & weekends?

Sleeky.in team rests on major Indian holidays and we do not ship orders on these days. Working/Business days are from Monday to Saturday.
